Portal 2 PC Game System Requirements

Portal 2 is an upcoming first-person action/puzzle video game, developed by Valve Corporation. It is the sequel to the critically acclaimed 2007 video game Portal and was announced on March 5, 2010, following a week long alternate reality game based on new patches to the original game.

In Portal 2 the player returns as Chell, having been in stasis for several hundred years while GLaDOS and the rest of the Aperture Science facility has fallen into disrepair. Chell is awakened by one of GLaDOS's personality cores, and inadvertently wakes GLaDOS; GLaDOS is immediately displeased at Chell's return and begins testing her again through numerous chambers as she rebuilds the dilapidated facility. Portal 2 continues to challenge the player through numerous platforming and physics-based puzzles using the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device (ASHPD, also dubbed the "portal gun"), a device that can create a temporary hole between any two flat surfaces. Other gameplay elements are added to Portal 2 including tractor beams, laser redirection, and special paint-like gels, taken from the Independent Games Festival-winning DigiPen student project Tag: The Power of Paint, that imparts special properties to objects it touches such as increased momentum. Portal 2 also includes a two-player co-operative mode, each player-character a robot that has become self-aware from GLaDOS' influence, and requires the players to work together with their own portal guns to complete each level.

Red Faction: Armageddon PC Game System Requirements

Red Faction: Armageddon is an upcoming 2011 third-person shooter video game developed by Volition, Inc. and published by THQ. It is the fourth installment in the Red Faction series

Like the previous games of the series, the game takes place on the planet of Mars. The game takes place in the year 2170, fifty years after the events of Red Faction: Guerrilla, since the end of the third game the surface of the planet has become uninhabitable after being smashed by an unknown life-form meteor. This occurred when the massive Terraformer on Mars which supplied it with its Earth-like air and weather had been destroyed, causing the atmosphere to turn to chaos with super-tornados and lightning storms engulfing the planet. In order to survive, the Colonists were forced to flee to the underground mines of Mars, building a network of habitable caves under the surface of the planet.

The game begins five years after the relocation underground and follows the story of Darius Mason, grandson of Martian Revolution heroes Alec Mason and Samanya who were the main characters of Red Faction: Guerrilla, who runs a lucrative series of businesses based in Bastion, the underground hub of Colonist activity, including mining, scavenging and mercenary-work. Only a few sane people venture to the now-ravaged surface of Mars, apart from contractors like Darius and smugglers who smuggle goods between settlements. Darius is tricked into reopening a mysterious shaft in an old Marauder temple which releases a long-dormant evil race of aliens causing an Armageddon on/in Mars. Colonist and Marauder settlements alike are torn apart by the new enemies with Darius and the Red Faction having to save the Martian population once again.

The game will retain several elements from its predecessor, Red Faction: Guerrilla, such as fully destructible buildings. Also similarly to its predecessor which had the player liberating settlements from the Earth Defense Force, the player must now reclaim cultist fortifications on the disaster-ravaged surface of the planet and free colonists from alien cocoons.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution PC Game System Requirements

Deus Ex: Human Revolution (previously Deus Ex 3) will be the third game in the first-person role-playing game Deus Ex series, and a prequel to the original game.

The game takes place during the year 2027, 25 years before Deus Ex. Nanotechnological augmentations have yet to be developed and biomechanical augmentations are the current state of the art. The main character, Adam Jensen, is a private security officer with Sarif Industries, a leading company that specializes in these augmentations. After he witnesses a chilling attack on his company which leaves him horribly injured and forced to undergo augmentation to survive, "the conspiracy begins." The visuals are a combination of cyberpunk and Renaissance aesthetics, resulting in a futuristic-looking Baroque world.

In the Deus Ex games, augmentations are body modifications that allow the user superhuman abilities. While augmentations in the first two games were nanotech, Human Revolution is set prior to both and instead features mechanical augmentations. These will be divided into four types: Combat, Stealth, Technology and Social. Using social skills, social augmentations, and stealth a player is able to play through the whole game killing only the bosses.
